General
The objective of 1Partner Ehitus OÜ, subsidiary of 1Partner Kinnisvaragrupp is to offer to clients the integral building service, from idea to performance, as a valuable partner to the client with our strong and experienced team. In co-ordination with the client we will also achieve the desired end result, managing all stages of the building process.
Conjointly with other companies of 1Partner Kinnisvaragrupp we will be able carry out the whole development process relating to real property, starting from the business idea until the sale of premises and organisation of management.
Services
Main contract
1Partner Ehitus provides to his clients the integrated service of main contract both at building a new house and at renovating an old one. In the design stage we provide the main contractor’s service, thus guaranteeing the compliance of the design with the terms of reference and the budget.
Management of the building project
Project management service is directed at clients, who are willing to find the most optimum solution for putting up a structure or for its reconstruction through flexible management of the building process.
The goal of project management contract is to help, while acting as an independent consultant, the client to pass correct decisions when carrying out the building project. We will help the client within the powers assigned us, starting from composing the business plan, elaboration of the financing solution until procuring the occupancy permit of the house. While acting in close co-operation with the client, we will achieve the desired end result.
